Corvinus Research ships all research materials from within the United States. Orders are processed and dispatched promptly, with tracking provided on every shipment.

Questions about a shipment are handled by our US based support team.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within [X business days] of a successfully placed and paid order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. We may hold or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, where an address is incomplete, or where an order is flagged for review.

2. Dispatch and carriers

All orders ship from within the United States via [carriers, for example USPS, UPS or FedEx]. The carrier and service level may vary based on destination, order weight and the options available at checkout.

Where a compound requires temperature controlled handling, it is packed to maintain stability across normal transit times. Storage conditions on arrival are stated on the product page and on the certificate of analysis.

3. Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is typically [X to Y business days] after dispatch, depending on destination and the service selected. These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather or events outside our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on delivery to the carrier.

4. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to [destinations served, for example addresses within the United States]. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that receipt of research materials is permitted at the delivery address and under the rules that apply locally.

We are not liable for customs inspection, border seizure or any restriction affecting delivery to your address.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight and the service selected. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.

6. Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking status. If tracking has not updated within a reasonable period, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

7. Delivery addresses

The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched.

Any charge arising from a failed, refused or returned delivery caused by an incorrect address is the responsibility of the buyer, and the cost is deducted from any refund issued.

8. Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates a lost or significantly delayed shipment, contact us at support@corvinusresearch.com within [N] days of the delivery or expected delivery date.

Please include your order number and, for damaged items, clear photographs of the packaging and the vial. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacements and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
