1. Scope of use

All products offered by Corvinus Research are synthesized, labeled and distributed strictly for laboratory and scientific research use. They are intended for use in controlled research settings by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics or foods, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

Nothing on this website has been reviewed or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for any diagnostic, cosmetic or medical use.

2. Prohibited uses

Our products must never be used for, or in connection with:

  • Human consumption, ingestion, injection or any other form of human use
  • Animal consumption or veterinary use
  • Any clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic or cosmetic application
  • Any food, beverage or dietary product

Any use outside a controlled research setting is strictly prohibited and is undertaken entirely at the buyer’s own risk. Any communication indicating an intended use outside laboratory research will result in cancellation of the associated order and closure of the account.

3. No medical or therapeutic claims

Corvinus Research makes no therapeutic, medical or performance claim about any product. Any information we provide, including references to published literature, certificates of analysis and technical data, is supplied for scientific and educational context only.

None of it is medical advice, and none of it may be interpreted as a recommendation for use in humans or animals.

4. Buyer eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least [AGE] years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution or business for legitimate scientific purposes.

We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Handling and storage

Buyers are responsible for handling, storing and disposing of research materials safely and in accordance with good laboratory practice and any applicable safety guidance. Material should be handled only by trained personnel using appropriate equipment and protective measures.

Storage conditions are stated on each product page and on the accompanying certificate of analysis. Product integrity cannot be guaranteed once material has been stored or reconstituted outside those conditions.

6. Buyer compliance

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the purchase, receipt, possession and use of our products is permitted under the local, state, federal and international law that applies to them. By ordering, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and to use the products only as permitted by this policy.

Corvinus Research is not responsible for border seizures, changes to regulation, or municipal restrictions affecting your shipment.

7. Assumption of risk and liability

Products are supplied on the basis that all risk associated with their handling and use passes to the buyer on delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corvinus Research, its officers, employees and affiliates accept no liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from misuse of its products or from any use inconsistent with this policy.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the purchase price paid for the order in question.
