Before Reconstitution

- Keep vials sealed until use.
- Minimize exposure to light, moisture, and heat.
- Allow vial to reach room temperature before opening to prevent condensation.
During Reconstitution

- Use sterile laboratory techniques.
- Slowly introduce reconstitution solution down the side of the vial.
- Do not vigorously shake peptide preparations.
- Gently swirl until fully dissolved.
- Record reconstitution date on vial label.
After Reconstitution

- Refrigerate immediately at 36-46°F.
- Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
- Store upright when possible.
- Inspect for discoloration or particulates before use.
- Discard if contamination is suspected.
