1. Overarching agreement

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Corvinus Research website or purchasing any product. By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by this agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

These documents together govern your use of this website, your account, and any purchase made through our storefront. We may revise this agreement at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date your order is placed.

2. Research use notice

All products sold by Corvinus Research are synthesized, labeled and distributed strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro development. The following prohibitions apply without exception:

• Not for human consumption or clinical administration
• Not for veterinary use or administration to animals
• Not reviewed or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for any diagnostic, cosmetic or medical use

Corvinus Research does not make, imply or endorse any medical, therapeutic or physiological claim regarding its products. Any communication indicating intended use outside laboratory research will result in cancellation of the associated order and closure of the account.

3. Verification and age requirement

Purchasers must be at least [AGE] years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

By checking the agreement box and submitting an order, the buyer warrants that they meet this age requirement and are professionally qualified to handle, store and dispose of laboratory research materials safely.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not form a contract. The contract forms when we dispatch the order.

• All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude any taxes or duties applied at the destination
• We may correct pricing or listing errors at any time before dispatch, and will cancel and refund in full rather than fulfil an order priced in error
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable or where a stated intended use falls outside laboratory research
• Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. Card details are handled by that processor and are not stored on our servers.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched from the United States. Delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on delivery to the carrier.

The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for any charges arising from a failed or refused delivery. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs inspection or border seizure.

6. Refunds, returns and replacements

Because these are research materials whose integrity depends on storage and handling, opened or used products cannot be returned.

• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within [N] days of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and the vial
• Approved claims are resolved by replacement, or by refund where a replacement is unavailable
• Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear

7. Legal compliance and buyer responsibility

Customers assume sole responsibility for compliance with all local, state, federal and international law governing the purchase, import, possession and testing of research compounds.

Corvinus Research is not responsible for border seizures, changes to regulation, or municipal restrictions affecting your shipment. Buyers ordering from outside the United States should confirm the import position in their own jurisdiction before placing an order.

8. Liability disclaimer

All items are supplied strictly as raw laboratory materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corvinus Research, its officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from:

• Misuse or negligent handling by the customer
• Improper reconstitution, preparation or storage
• Clinical or consumer application of any kind
• Any use falling outside the research use restrictions set out above

Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the purchase price paid for the order in question.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, product photography, certificates of analysis, branding and page design, is the property of Corvinus Research and may not be reproduced, republished or used commercially without written permission.
