Shipping at a glance

Corvinus Research ships research grade peptides to addresses in the continental United States. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST typically ship the same business day, with tracking on every shipment.

Questions about a shipment are handled by our US based support team.

1. Order processing and cutoff

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday, typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST ship the next business day. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Standard handling time is 1 to 2 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time. We may hold or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, where an address is incomplete, or where an order is flagged for review.

2. Dispatch and carriers

All orders ship from within the United States via USPS or UPS. The carrier and service level may vary based on destination, order weight and the options available at checkout.

Alternative shipping methods are available on request. Email support@corvinusresearch.com before placing your order. Any additional rate will be quoted and approved by you before your order ships.

Orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside of the parcel. Where a compound requires temperature controlled handling, it is packed to maintain stability across normal transit times. Storage conditions on arrival are stated on the product page and on the certificate of analysis.

3. Delivery estimates

Typical timings for an order to the continental United States:

  • Handling time: 1 to 2 business days
  • Transit time: 3 to 5 days
  • Total delivery time: 4 to 7 days from the date the order is placed

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather or events outside our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on delivery to the carrier.

4. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses in the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes outside carrier coverage, or international destinations.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that receipt of research materials is permitted at the delivery address and under the rules that apply locally. We are not liable for any inspection, seizure or restriction affecting delivery to your address.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight and the service selected. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.

Free shipping applies to orders over $200 shipped within the continental United States. The $200 threshold is assessed on the order subtotal after any discount and before tax and shipping. Free shipping does not apply to expedited or alternative shipping methods arranged on request.

6. Tracking your order

A tracking number is sent by email, and by text where a mobile number has been provided, once your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking status. If tracking has not updated within a reasonable period, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

7. Delivery addresses

The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched.

Any charge arising from a failed, refused or returned delivery caused by an incorrect address is the responsibility of the buyer, and the cost is deducted from any refund issued.

8. Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates a lost or significantly delayed shipment, contact us at support@corvinusresearch.com within [N] days of the delivery or expected delivery date.

Please include your order number and, for damaged items, clear photographs of the packaging and the vial. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacements and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
